Just who am I?
I'm Christa Bitner, MS, CN (aka The Food Therapist). I help busy, ambitious women reclaim their energy and confidence so they have time for the things that matter most in their personal and professional lives. (And, I have a particular talent for breaking down philosophical topics in way you can easily apply to your daily life for instant results.) I know, from personal experience, what it's like to be crazy-busy, putting personal health on the back-burner. And, if you care about credentials, I use my training as a Nutritionist and Mental Health Counselor to provide evidence-based nutrition and behavior-change strategies that bring you long-term results (quick wins AND sustainable outcomes are my jam!).
