Corinne is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist in the state of Colorado. Corinne fell in love with East Asian medicine many years ago after searching for additional options in healthcare. Facing several physical and emotional challenges, she rediscovered her health with acupuncture and herbal medicine. Corinne loves the comprehensiveness of the medicine, including the mind and body connection. In addition to the love of her work, she is also passionate about traveling, being in nature, having adventures, drinking tea, creating, yoga, and music. In Nourish & Restore, we'll create a sacred space for you to replenish your stores as well as cultivating the tools for ongoing nourishment. You’ll learn a 3-step process for transforming your food relationship (a primary source of nourishment) - Listen, Learn, & Love and conclude with a series of restorative postures to leave you with more energy, health, and vitality!

Topics include how the food relationship can reveal what’s working or not working in your life, what your food cravings are telling you, cultivating a healthy food relationship, and bringing pleasure back into eating (while ditching the guilt). Together, we’ll support one another in a journey of insight that can lead to growth, transformation, and healing.
