Women, Food, & Desire Book Discussion

  • McCall Public Library (map)

In this 3-week series, we’ll be reading and discussing Alexandra Jamieson’s book Women, Food, and Desire. Each week we’ll read and discuss one third of the book. Topics include how the food relationship can reveal what’s working or not working in your life, what your food cravings are telling you, cultivating a healthy food relationship, and bringing pleasure back into eating (while ditching the guilt). Together, we’ll support one another in a journey of insight that can lead to growth, transformation, and healing.

Meets Mondays 1/23, 1/30, and 2/6 from 6:30 - 8:30.

$40 Investment ($34 for MAHC members)

Space is limited. Register now through the McCall Cabin Fever program to reserve your spot! Copies of the book may be purchased at McCall Drug or checked out from the library.
